The nominations for this year’s BRIT Awards have now been announced. As usual, rock and metal is virtually ignored. The only acts worth even a vague mention are Muse (nominated in the Best British Group and Best Live Act categories), the Rolling Stones (Best Live Act) and Bruce Springsteen (Best International Male).
