Axl Rose has had his lawsuit against games company Activision Blizzard dismissed by a judge in Los Angeles. The singer sued the company in November 2010 for using an image of Slash in ‘Guitar Hero III’ after assuring the singer the former Guns N’ Roses guitarist would have no connection with the game.
